Allen E. Gant, Jr.

President, CEO
Glen Raven, Inc.

Allen E. Gant, Jr. is president and CEO of Glen Raven, Inc., the company founded by his grandfather in 1880 and continuously family owned throughout its history.

Gant attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before joining Glen Raven in 1971. He served in a number of increasingly responsible positions before being named president and CEO in 1999. He is a long-time community and business leader, including service with Elon University, Institute of Textile Technology, Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and National Council of Textile Organizations (NCTO).



Carl E. (Wally) Wallace

Senior Vice President
Secretary, General Counsel

Carl E. (Wally) Wallace serves as senior vice president, secretary and general counsel for Glen Raven, Inc., a position he has held since 1997. Prior to joining Glen Raven he served as second vice president with Jefferson-Pilot Title Insurance Company and vice president, secretary and title attorney with Investors Title Insurance Company.

Wallace's professional and community involvements include board memberships with the North Carolina Forum for Research and Economic Education (NCFREE), the North Carolina Chamber and N.C. State University. He is a member of the board of directors for the North Carolina Bar Association and chairman of career development for the Alamance County Area Chamber of Commerce.

Wallace earned bachelor and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.



Leib Oehmig

President
Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, LLC

Leib Oehmig is general manager and president of Glen Raven Custom Fabrics - Global, which manufactures and markets the Sunbrella® brand of performance fabrics worldwide. His responsibilities also include Dickson-Constant in France and Glen Raven Asia in China.

Joining Glen Raven in 1990, Oehmig's career with the company has included service as site manager of Glen Raven's 1-million-square-foot Sunbrella fabrics manufacturing center in Anderson, S.C. Oehmig was named to his current position in 2009.

His community service involvement has included Anderson University, Tri County Technical College, Institute of Textile Technology and the United States Industrial Fabrics Institute. Oehmig earned a bachelor of science degree in management and an MBA degree from Clemson University.



Gary Smith

Senior Vice President
Treasurer
Chief Financial Officer

Gary Smith, senior vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer, joined Glen Raven in 1998 as director of finance for Glen Raven Custom Fabrics and Dickson. A certified public accountant, Smith earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Prior to joining Glen Raven, Smith had a 20-year career with an international accounting firm, 15 of them as a partner.



Harold W. Hill, Jr.

President
Glen Raven Technical Fabrics, LLC

As president of Glen Raven Technical Fabrics, LLC, Harold Hill is responsible for the strategic direction of Glen Raven's automotive, protective apparel, military, geogrid, outdoor and logistics businesses with manufacturing facilities in North America, Europe and India. Dickson Coatings, a Glen Raven subsidiary in France, also reports to Hill.

Hill earned a bachelor's degree from Elon University and MBA from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University where he was a Babcock Scholar and class president. Prior to joining Glen Raven, Hill served as a marketing manager of performance fabrics for a major textiles company. Hill serves on several community boards including Elon University, Alamance County Wachovia bank and the Alamance Foundation.



Steve Ellington

President
Tri Vantage

Steve Ellington, president of Tri Vantage, Glen Raven's distribution and marketing services subsidiary, joined the company in 1983 in industrial engineering. During his career with Glen Raven, he has served as national sales manager and president of Glen Raven Custom Fabrics - Global. Ellington was named to his current position in 2009.

Ellington earned a bachelor's degree from Elon University and a MBA from the Bryan School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Ellington serves on boards at Elon University and the Industrial Fabrics Association International. Prior to joining Glen Raven he worked for Dan River, Inc.
