Color trends typically first emerge on fashion run-ways and work their way throughout the culture and the economy, from home décor to cars. How many times have the heard the phrase “the new black” to announce what color observers anticipate as the next timeless classic in color?

The Concept Gallery recently celebrated color with a “Color Jam” exhibit, displaying bright new colors and informing about the latest in color technology. It was a reminder of the power of color and its central role in innovation.
