We're introducing new diversity, equity and inclusion goals within our talent management processes and elevating efforts in our recruiting channels.
We sponsor and partner with Advanced Textile Association to support the advancement of women in leadership roles within our industry.
We host Women in Leadership programs and skill development sessions like Women in Business: Communications Strategies and Women in Leadership: Sharing Success Stories.
We provide unconscious bias training programs at the managerial level to help our associates see their implicit biases, and offer tools to adjust patterns of thinking and discriminatory behaviors.
We ensure pay equity is an important element of our compensation system. We take pride in always providing market-competitive wages that are in accordance with the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and state laws.

Our current goals are to increase diversity in leadership by 20% by 2025, with a focus on increasing the number of women among first-line supervisors by 25% by 2025.
