Suzanne Allen serves Glen Raven as the Chief Human Resources Officer. She helps manage and oversee human capital management, recruitment and more to help grow our Glen Raven family.
Suzanne Allen joined Glen Raven in 2012 as director of human resources for Trivantage and moved into a corporate human resources role in 2017. She was named Chief Human Resources Officer in March 2023. Prior to joining Glen Raven, Allen spent her career in human resources in manufacturing and nonprofit settings. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in social science from Elon University and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resource® certification from the HR Certification Institute.
