Harold Hill, Jr. is President of Glen Raven's Technical Fabrics (GRTF), a global leader in high-performance industrial textiles and services.

Harold Hill, Jr. leads the strategic direction of GRTF’s businesses: flame-resistant fabric for work apparel (GlenGuard), geosynthetics (Strata), logistics (Glen Raven Logistics), as well as automotive, military, and other industrial segments (Shawmut joint venture). GRTF’s diverse portfolio creates innovative product and service solutions for a broad range of industrial-focused global markets.

Hill holds a bachelor’s degree from Elon University and an MBA from the Wake Forest University School of Business, where he was a Babcock Scholar and served as class president. Prior to joining Glen Raven, Hill served in various management roles for a major performance textile company.

He currently serves on the Elon University President’s Advisory Council, and formerly served on the Alamance Foundation. Additionally, Hill previously was a board member of the long-range planning committee at Alamance Country Club, along with the Alamance Country Club President.
